While all three models use the MediaTek Helio P70 (MT6771V) processor and 6.53-inch FHD+ screen, the global CPH1938 is factory-equipped with Google Mobile Services, English/European regional firmware, and international 4G LTE band filters. PCAM10 and PCAT10 are domestic Chinese editions that require sideloading Google apps and use different camera and radio calibration files.
OPPO secures the BootROM of the MediaTek Helio P70 with an SLA (Serial Link Authentication) challenge. Standard SP Flash Tool cannot communicate with the processor without an authorized OPPO server account or an open-source bypass utility like MTK Auth Bypass (LibUSB). Run MTK Auth Bypass first before connecting the phone to SP Flash Tool.
Those are specialized technician conversion ROMs ported from the OPPO F11 Pro (model CPH1969). They were created by repair technicians to convert Chinese PCAM10 units into global software. They should not be used for regular stock repairs on a normal CPH1938 phone.
